Configuring Work Order Templates

You can configure work order templates that streamline the work order process. The data entry process for entering work orders can be repetitive and time consuming. Civic Platform provides a way to automate the process by creating templates that enable you to pre-populate fields in a work order. You can define one or more templates and specify the exact data to enter automatically when creating a new work order. In addition to basic work order type, priority, and assignment information, you can also associate costing information with the template, which speeds the process and improves user efficiency.
