Setting Up Payment Functionality Online

Citizen Access leverages payment configuration within Civic Platform and enables you to provide payment services online. You configure most online payments in Civic Platform and set up additional options for Citizen Access.

After your agency has configured online payments for Civic Platform, you must customize the associated online payment web pages in Citizen Access. Refer to “Customizing Fee Pages” in the Citizen Access Administrator Guide for a list of pages that require customization.
