• Enables the User Information link in the User administration function, so administrators can configure the inspector profile information about users.

• Enables the District link in the Parcel administration function, so administrators can specify the inspection district that parcels belongs to.

• Enables the District link in the Address administration function, so administrators can specify the inspection district that addresses belongs to.
