PHONE_NUMBER_IDD_ENABLE

This Standard Choice expands the phone and fax number fields to allow users to enter a country code. Once you enable this Standard Choice, you must enable and add values to the Standard Choice PHONE_NUMBER_IDD. When these two Standard Choices are configured, Civic Platform and Citizen Access auto-populate the phone number Country Code field once a Country is selected from the Country drop-down list.
