  • Enables the Workload portlet for administrators to create and manage workloads that Civic Platform uses to determine which skillset to assign the work to.

  • Enables the Skillset portlet for administrators to set up the available skillsets, so Civic Platform can assign appropriate workloads to the department or employee with the best skillset necessary to perform the work.
