Deploying an Accela Insights Report

You deploy Accela Insights reports the same way as other report types. You can also create custom portlets to make Accela Insight reports directly accessible from a home screen.

Note: You can deploy Accela Insights reports only within Civic Platform.

Deploy to a reports portlet

  1. From the Administration view, click Reports.
  2. Click Report Manager.
  3. Give the report a name and category.
  4. Select Accela Insights from the Process Service list.
  5. Click the Report Link icon and select the report from list.
  6. Click Submit.
    Note: You can click Preview to see how the report will appear to users.
  7. Assign the report to a Report Portlet and set permissions as you would for any report type.
