Deleting an Attachment

When an attachment is no longer needed, you can delete it from Civic Platform. After you delete an attachment, you cannot recover it.

To delete an attachment

1. Select a record and click the Documents tab.

   Civic Platform displays the documents portlet.

2. Select the attachment you want to delete.

3. Click the Delete button.

   Civic Platform displays a pop-up window that directs you to confirm the deletion.

4. Click the Yes button.

   Civic Platform deletes the file.
