Multiple Agencies and Functions
Typically, the Accela services team sets up your agency, so agencies do not often need to add a new agency. However, if you are managing a multi-agency environment, you might need to set up a new agency. For example, your multi-agency environment might include public works agencies, emergency response agencies, transportation agencies, and so forth.
