Convenience Fee

Citizen-facing transactions now have an option to display a new Convenience Fee field, if the agency administrator wants to charge both a processing fee and a convenience fee. This field can populate as a standard field or based on the payment type selected. Create and enable a new Standard Choice CONV_FEE to allow convenience fees to be added.

Add a Convenience Fee

1. Go to Administration > Agency Profile > Content Customize.
2. Select the Type to add the convenience fee to the item.
3. Add a Brief Description for the fee.
4. Add $convenienceFee$ to the Content field.
5. Click Save.
