Setting Up Accela Insights Reporting

The Accela Insights Reporting Service is automatically created the first time an agency administrator visits the Report Manager user interface. However, in order for users to access Accela Insights Reports, the agency administrator must set access rights by configuring FID 0225.

Note:

There are three levels of access to Accela Insights Reporting:

  • Full access is read/write access.
  • Read-only access allows users to access Accela Insights but does not allow them to create new reports or edit existing reports.
  • No access prevents user access.
  1. Log in to Civic Platform as Admin user.
  2. Open the Classic Admin.
  3. Click User Profile > Groups.
  4. Select the group to enable.
  5. Enable FID 0225.
