Group Updates for Preventative Maintenance Schedules

You can edit or update multiple Preventative Maintenance Schedules at the same time if they all require the same change with the Group Update feature. For example, you can add the same Schedule Status to all the records using the Group Update function.

To use this feature FID 8600-PM Schedule Group Update must be enabled.

To perform a group update on Preventative Maintenance Schedules

1. Navigate to PM Schedules.
2. Select a PM Schedule that contains the details you want to apply to other PM Schedules.
3. In the PM Schedule details area, update any details as appropriate and click Save.
4. Select multiple other PM Schedules that you want to update with the same details.
5. Go to Menu > Group Update.
6. Edit the PM Schedule with the new values.
7. Click Save.
