Reporting Overview

Your agency can set up reports that you can run to extract current data from Civic Platform. Agencies typically set up their reports by module and user group, enabling them to control the which reports are available both by module and by user group. For example, reports can be configured so that building inspectors see only those reports that apply to inspections, and Public Works users see only those reports relating to licensing, planning or service requests.
