EDMS Time-out Setting

The EDMS time-out setting specifies the maximum amount of time (in seconds) that Civic Platform waits while uploading a document to the Electrical Document Management System (EDMS) server before displaying a time-out error message. By default, the time-out setting is 120 seconds. You can adjust the time-out value in the configuration file on the av.biz server.

To configure the EDMS time-out value

1. Open the ServerConfig.properties file from <server_name>\av.biz\conf\av\.

2. Locate the av.edms.ws.timeout.seconds property and enter the desired value in seconds.
