Time-out Settings

This appendix explains the available time-out settings for Civic Platform and provides instructions on how to change those settings. Civic Platform enforces the time-out settings for idle sessions, database connections, EDMS uploads, External APO downloads, and data caching. Accela Service Implementation staff have access to all the time-out settings described in this appendix.
