When a user creates a permit Civic Platform automatically generates and assigns a number to it. You cannot modify this number. Set the following FID:

You can configure Civic Platform to allow users to override the generated record ID numbering. Set the following FID:

• 8097-Manual Application Number Option

To use fiscal year instead of calendar year, set the following Standard Choice:

• FISCAL_YEAR_START
