You can describe a property using official parcel information, standard address information, and owner information. Civic Platform stores the records you create using address, property, and owner information in your reference database.

Depending on your agency’s settings, associated address, parcel, owner, structure, and establishment records can populate a permit record either automatically or following a prompt. This action facilitates data entry and ensures accuracy when creating a record. Talk to your agency administrator for information about reference data synchronization.
