Enables the Refund button in the Payment tab for users to handle a full or partial refund of un-allocated payments from the record portlet.

Interdependency

If you enable FID 8108, the Refund button always displays. If you set FID 8108 to read only or no access, the Refund button only displays when you enable FID 8437.
