Enables the TSI Form Layout Editor portlet for administrators to perform the following tasks:

• Create TSI screens that display in the task-specific information section of a workflow task based on the task

• Add, customize and manipulate the size of each TSI fields in the TSI screens

• Use the buttons in the administration portlet to preview, align, add dynamic text, draw lines and insert tables

• Set permissions for modules, groups, and users
