Accela Enhanced Reporting Database
The Accela Enhanced Reporting Database for SaaS/Azure customers is a SQL-Server-based, full replication of the Accela cloud-based transaction database, providing direct, secure, and responsive access to data hosted in Accela’s cloud. It provides increased flexibility for data analysis and reporting from Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, HR applications, CRM, and Community Development and Regulatory (CDR) solutions—allowing you to access your data with the business intelligence and reporting tools of your choice.
The Enhanced Reporting Database provides near real-time syncing between the transaction database and the read-only reporting database. Customers access the Enhanced Reporting Database directly through an ODBC connector. For optimum performance, the system is designed for one-way copying of data with no data synchronization or mirroring capabilities.
