External APO Time-out Setting

The external APO time-out setting specifies the maximum amount of time (in seconds) that Civic Platform waits while retrieving APO data from an external APO data source before displaying a time-out error message. By default, the time-out setting is 120 seconds. You can adjust the time-out value in the configuration file on the av.biz server.

Note:

The best practice is to use the default external APO time-out setting.

To configure the external APO time-out value

  1. Open the ServerConfig.properties file from <server_name>\av.biz\conf\av\.

  2. Locate the av.xapo.ws.timeout.seconds property and enter the desired value in seconds.



  3. Save the file.
