Group Updates for Condition Assessments

You can edit or update multiple Asset Condition Assessments at the same time if they all require the same change with the Group Update feature. For example, you can add the same Schedule Status to all the records using the Group Update function.

To use this feature, FID 8601-Asset Condition Assessment Group Update must be enabled.

 

To perform a Group Update on Condition Assessments

 

1. Navigate to Asset Condition Assessments.
2. Select the Condition Assessment that contains the details you want to apply to other Conditions Assessments.
3. In the Asset Condition Assessment details area, update those details as appropriate and click Save.
4. Select the other Condition Assessments that you want to update with the same details.
5. Go to Menu > Group Update.
6. Edit the Condition Assessments with the new values.
7. Click Save.
